Services

Systems you can build on.

Pick a single capability or combine several. Every engagement is scoped to your goals and constraints, sized from $1,000 focused projects to multi-month builds.

Custom Software

Web apps and internal tools, built around the way you work.

“Our process lives in a shared spreadsheet and three different SaaS tools we have to keep in sync by hand.”

Best for

Teams whose “system” is currently 3+ tools held together with copy-paste.

Off-the-shelf software is great until it isn’t. When your team has bent a generic CRM, project tool, or spreadsheet into a system of record, the next step is usually a small, focused custom application that fits the real workflow instead of forcing the workflow to fit the tool. We build web apps, internal tools, and customer-facing portals on modern stacks (Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres) with the boring parts handled — authentication, roles, audit trails, and the documentation your team needs to actually own the system.

What we actually build
  • Client portal with quoting, e-signature, and invoicing
  • Internal dispatch/scheduling tool replacing a multi-tab spreadsheet
  • Inventory and order tracking with role-based access
  • Job-tracking app for crews in the field, mobile-first

Data Management

Cleaner inputs, dependable storage, schemas that hold up.

“Every report disagrees with every other report, and nobody trusts the numbers.”

Best for

Operations leaders tired of reconciling spreadsheets before every meeting.

When data lives in too many places, even simple questions become arguments. Data management work is the connective tissue: defining what an order, a customer, or a job actually is across your tools, building the pipelines that move data reliably between them, and cleaning up the years of accumulated mess so today’s numbers can be trusted. We design schemas, build ETL/ELT pipelines, set up Postgres or warehouse-grade storage, and write the migrations to get you there from wherever you are now.

What we actually build
  • Single source of truth across CRM, accounting, and ops tools
  • Postgres warehouse with nightly syncs from QuickBooks, Stripe, and HubSpot
  • Data cleanup and de-duplication on years of legacy records
  • Schema design and migration off Access, Excel, or a homegrown DB

Analytics & Business Intelligence

Dashboards and KPI tracking that turn activity into decisions.

“It takes someone a day to put together the report leadership needs every Monday.”

Best for

Owners and managers who want to stop building Monday reports by hand.

A dashboard is only useful if it’s the dashboard your team actually opens. We build reporting layers that pull from the systems you already use, surface the handful of numbers that actually drive decisions, and make “how’s the business doing right now” a question someone can answer on their phone. The work covers everything from a single embedded chart in your existing app to a full BI stack with scheduled email digests, alerting, and role-based views.

What we actually build
  • Executive KPI dashboard pulling from CRM, accounting, and ops data
  • Weekly automated PDF report emailed to leadership
  • Real-time operations dashboard for ops, sales, or field teams
  • Custom Metabase, Looker Studio, or embedded analytics setup

Business Automation

Fewer handoffs, fewer errors, fewer “did anyone do this?” asks.

“A new lead means someone manually retypes the same info into four different systems.”

Best for

Small teams losing hours per week to manual re-entry between tools.

Most automation work isn’t flashy — it’s removing the small, repetitive copy-paste steps that quietly cost a few hours a week, per person, forever. We connect the tools you already pay for (CRM, accounting, e-sign, scheduling, email, Slack/Teams) so that data flows once, cleanly, and people get notified about the things that actually need a human. When off-the-shelf tools like Zapier or Make are the right fit, we use them; when the logic gets complex, we write proper code that you can read and maintain.

What we actually build
  • Quote-to-invoice workflow: lead → quote → e-sign → invoice in QuickBooks
  • New-client onboarding sequence across CRM, email, and document storage
  • Inbox triage that routes attachments and updates records automatically
  • Scheduling automations with reminders and no-show follow-up

Artificial Intelligence

AI features that augment human work — and stay accountable.

“We piloted an AI tool and it impressed everyone in the demo but never made it into the actual workflow.”

Best for

Teams who want practical AI wins without betting the business on a pilot.

We treat AI as a tool that amplifies people: drafting first versions, summarizing long documents, surfacing patterns in messy data, classifying inbound work, and answering well-defined questions against your own content. The goal is always a measurable lift — fewer hours, faster turnaround, better consistency — not a chatbot for its own sake. We’re upfront about where AI helps and where it doesn’t, and every system we build has a clear human checkpoint and an audit trail leadership can stand behind.

What we actually build
  • Document-summary and extraction pipelines (proposals, contracts, intake forms)
  • Retrieval-augmented chat over your own SOPs and knowledge base
  • Inbound-lead classification and routing
  • First-draft generation for quotes, emails, and reports — reviewed by a human

Computer Vision

Turn images and video into structured signals.

“Someone watches a feed, counts things, or checks photos all day — and the data never makes it into a system.”

Best for

Manufacturers, contractors, and operations teams with cameras already in place.

Computer vision turns cameras and image archives into structured information your other systems can use. We build detection, classification, counting, and quality-inspection systems using modern deep learning, and we deploy them where they need to run — in the cloud for batch analysis, or at the edge on small devices for real-time use on a factory floor or job site. Where it makes sense we combine vision with the rest of your stack so a detection event triggers an alert, ticket, or row in a database automatically.

What we actually build
  • Object detection and counting from existing camera feeds
  • Defect or quality-control checks on a production line
  • Document, form, or photo intake (OCR + structured extraction)
  • Edge deployment to Jetson, Coral, or rugged industrial hardware

Robotics & Sensor Integration

Software for hardware-adjacent and sensor-driven workflows.

“We have devices and sensors generating data, but it never reaches the people who could act on it.”

Best for

Manufacturing, logistics, and field-service teams with existing hardware to leverage.

Robotics and sensor work is where software meets the physical world: industrial sensors, robotic arms, drones, IoT devices, and the gateways that connect them to the rest of your stack. We focus on the software side — drivers, data pipelines, control logic, dashboards, and the integration layer that gets sensor data into the same systems your operations team already uses for everything else. Most engagements are not greenfield robotics; they’re making the hardware you already own actually useful.

What we actually build
  • Sensor data pipeline from PLCs or IoT gateways into a central dashboard
  • Integration layer between a robotic system and your ERP or job-tracking tool
  • Edge controller software for sensor-triggered alerts and workflows
  • Drone-imagery ingest and analysis for inspections or surveys
How we work

A simple, transparent process.

01

Discovery

A working session to understand goals, constraints, and any existing systems. Free, no commitment.

02

Proposal

A short written plan with scope, milestones, and a transparent quote.

03

Build

Regular check-ins and visible progress. Code and artifacts are yours from day one.

04

Handoff

Clean documentation and walkthroughs so your team can own the system going forward.

Pricing

How engagements are priced.

Three ways to work together. Discovery calls are always free.

Focused projects
From $1,000

Small, fixed-scope work — a single automation, a script, a dashboard, a data cleanup, or a focused integration between two tools. Quoted as a flat fee after a free discovery call.

Fixed-fee builds
Scoped after discovery

Custom software, larger automations, and multi-tool integrations. We scope the work, write it up as milestones with a transparent quote, and bill against those milestones. Most builds land between four and twelve weeks.

Monthly retainers
Sized to the workload

Ongoing iteration, support, and embedded help once a system is live — or for teams who want a steady technical partner without hiring full-time. Month-to-month with a clear scope of hours and priorities.

Pricing is transparent and quoted in writing before work begins. We don't bill by the hour for fixed-scope work, and we don't charge for the discovery call.
